- You have 5+ years experience as a Web Developer with expert-level knowledge and experience with PHP, MySQL, jQuery / JS, HTML, GIT, CSS + learning / integrating with 3rd-party APIs. You’re a Full Stack developer with the “full picture” view but are ok with focusing more on the backend.
- You’re comfortable planning and communicating throughout the day with team members, contributing ideas, guiding them, and developing your leadership potential in the process.
- It’s a PLUS if you have experience with Codeigniter, VueJS, Pen-Testing/Security or Defensive Coding, Linux/CLI, and 3rd party APIs like Stripe, Facebook, ActiveCampaign, OpenAI, etc.
- Also, a plus if you have any Dev Team Management experience too (The Right Person in this position could grow into a Management/CTO level role)

Requirements
Here’s what we’re looking for
- Must have a minimum of intermediate-level proficiency in WordPress, as well as some experience with Linux/server admin
- Must have expert level proficiency with PHP/MySQL
- Must be available for team calls via Zoom
- Able to contribute with positive, constructive ideas for how to improve your work process
- Able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists and other instructional media used to operate the business with best practices.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills
- Must have a customer & solution-oriented mindset
- Must be diligent and consistent
- Enjoys following our work process while working constructively with the team to continuously improve it.
Not a requirement but a PLUS to have:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- WordPress plugins like Thrive Themes
- Email marketing apps like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

- Check daily for tasks assigned to you via our AutoGrow App and Skype. The majority of the tasks are working on additional features, and fix bugs and issues on the app.
- Take action on tasks to implement or ask clarifying questions.
- Identify ways to streamline our implementation process to save time and deliver results faster.
- Keep data and login information confidential and secure using our encryption best practices.
- Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager if you get stuck or need help with something.
- Collaborate directly with AutoGrow’s founder to update and drive development on our web applications.
- Attending daily sync-ups at 9 am EST (Mon-Fri)
Note: We currently can’t accept applicants who are only interested in part-time work or are not available during our normal business hours (9am EST to 5pm EST from Monday to Friday).
