About You

We are looking to hire 1 amazing Talent Team Leader to join us remotely full-time in our virtual office—and who’s willing to grow into our Chief of Staff.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in management, human resource, and/or organizational management.
  • You’re comfortable leading, planning, and communicating throughout the day with team members, coaching every new team member, leading their onboarding processes, and developing your leadership potential in the process.
  • You have high standards and want to make sure every team member’s performance is above the bar, and for those who underperform, you help them improve their performance.
  • You’re comfortable being up front and giving feedback for those who underperform and to everyone in general so that everyone can upgrade their skill sets and grow. 
  • You’re comfortable onboarding and offboarding team members.
  • You love leading training and onboarding processes for new team members.

Requirements for This Position

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in management, communications, human resource, and/or organizational management.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, risk-assessment skills, and in general Great Judgement.
  • You’re able to keep the hiring funnels (for all positions) always bringing in qualified applicants who are ready to be hired.
  • You have the best judgement at finding skilled candidates that are qualified and a great fit culturally.
  • Must be available for team calls via Zoom with team members.
  • Your goal is to ensure that team members are performing according to our standards, are productive, and happy.
  • You’re not just managing a hiring system and a team of talents… you’re locating bottlenecks and fixing them.
  • You must be comfortable hiring for a variety of roles and have a knack for “reading” applicants.
  • Must have a reliable, stable internet connection.
  • Prior experience managing high-performance teams.
  • Takes the responsibility of finding the right people (both qualified and the right cultural fit) obsessively seriously.
  • Has 3 years minimum of previous management/HR experience.
  • Must be available to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time).
